Enjoy the best produce from Ibiza with Nikki Beach Ibiza’s farm-to-table every Wednesday this June!

A temporary gastronomic experience of three courses made only with KM0 products, including fresh fish, meat, and vegetables from Ibiza’s very own Terra Masia Organic Farm, paired with a glass of wine or accompanied with water. Their menu varies periodically based on seasonal produce and the unlimited creativity of their chef.

Summer Solstice Celebration

A festival of religious origin celebrated throughout Spain and, in the case of Ibiza, especially in Sant Joan de Labritja. 

Following the tradition, the new bonfires, known as nos foguerons, are lit and jumped over to chase away and leave any bad experiences behind. The night is also celebrated with music, lots of wine, and fritters. It is a night full of tradition and fun to spend with family and friends, where everyone agrees for one night to celebrate the arrival of summer.

In the culinary aspect, do not miss out tasting the Macarrons de Sant Joan, a typical Ibizan sweet of this date.

The celebration in Ibiza begins on the longest day of the year, June 21, and ends on June 24, though the official night of Sant Joan is on the 23th.

On Santa Eulalia’s bay beach, you can enjoy family activities every weekend at the Chiringuito Blue Ibiza.

In collaboration with Ibiza Kids Company, they will propose you several games on the beach, face painting, and crafts in the eco-conscious kids’ corner. Each week under a different theme.
